Coupa

The leader in Total Spend Management. My work is primarily focused on the AI advances that Coupa is making across their three primary offerings: finance, procurement, and supply chain.

 


I am seated within the content team, but I work with multiple product marketers and several executives to consult on content strategy, conduct research, and execute on demand generation and brand-focused collateral.

I worked with Coupa Data Scientists to create a high-impact white paper on the uses of GenAI in supply chain modeling. Called "the best content piece I've seen from Coupa" by a supply chain principal. I also created a promotional video overview for the paper. 

Marqeta

The world's first modern card issuing platform. Through my work with the B2B agency, Envisionit, I've written white papers, omnichannel campaigns, and video content for the innovative payments company that generated leads and drove conversions.

I worked with Marqeta to analyze data from a proprietary survey of over 3000 credit users in the U.S. and U.K. and then crafted this insight-filled white paper for their audience of card issuers and brands. 

Netradyne

In-cab camera technology that enables truck drivers to work safer, smarter and with greater accountability. Working directly with the Netradyne's CMO and head of product marketing, I produced and edited new videos for their refreshed brand.

I worked with the Netradyne marketing team to concept and create multiple versions of this brand video that they used on their site, at live-events, and on social media.

Billtrust

The market leader in order-to-cash innovation. For five years, I led copy and content creation at the SAAS invoicing and payments company. 

 

I’ve liaised with product marketers, executives and customers to craft effective messaging and translate technical information to distinct customer personas.

Billtrust’s flagship AI webpage includes video, education and sales copy that I developed in consultation with product leads, design teams and other writers.

I developed sales-focused messaging and video content across all product pages featured on the Billtrust website. In this example, the Billtrust Payments product page serves as a first point of contact for prospective customers.

I collaboratively developed the brand voice guide for Billtrust. This guide ensures that other Billtrust writers, agency writers and partners and resellers maintain the proper messaging, style and accessibility of the Billtrust brand voice.

With so many features and options for customers to turn on or off, I worked with designers to create a visual tipsheet that would express Billtrust's expert recommendations for the order of payments optimization strategies.

I worked extensively with the Billtrust talent team to develop messaging across web copy, emails, brochures and videos. Topics included benefits information, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), DEI initiatives and internal communications from the executive leadership team to employees.
